Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once payment (where required) is received. Some services require full payment, a deposit, or payment at the appointment, as indicated at checkout.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Yoco in South African Rand (ZAR). Adele Klopper does not store your card details.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please provide reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule. Specific cancellation and refund terms are communicated at the time of booking.
Gift vouchers & coupons
Vouchers and coupons are subject to their stated balance, validity, and usage limits, and are not exchangeable for cash.
